Here ( www.getskeleton.com ) is a really cool boilerplate CSS framework that auto-scales across multiple screen sizes; from full 1080×1920 to mobile size screens. It is based upon columns which restack depending on window size. I couldn’t believe how effective it was, and it allows for (and is intended for) custom CSS and Styles to be built upon it.
