Wysiwyg Editor Not Working in Drupal 7

PROBLEM:

The WYSIWYG editor is only available to administrator.

SOLUTION:

1. Go to People / Permissions tag
2. Scroll down to the System section
3. Check box : View the administration theme – for the desired role

That’s all – SAVE it.
